IV. Recommended selection procedures

Take a bottom-up, step-by-step recommendation and merit-based selection method, and the county (functional plate) Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the municipal industry department and the personnel management department of the provincial unit in the company are responsible for organizing the recommendation work. The specific procedures are as follows:

1. It is recommended to report. According to the relationship of administrative subordination, it is declared by the individual independently, and recommended and reported step by step after the preliminary examination of the unit. If the applicant works in an enterprise or institution in a county (district), the county (functional sector) Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will conduct the preliminary examination; If the applicant works in an enterprise or institution directly under the municipal government, it shall be examined by the municipal competent department of industry; If the applicant works in a provincial unit, it shall be examined by the unit where he works.

2. Qualification examination. The applicant, the county (functional sector) People’s Social Security Bureau and the municipal industry department are responsible for the investigation and selection of the applicant. After investigation and selection, it is determined to be the recommended object, and it shall be publicized in the unit (department) and local area for 5 working days. The department responsible for inspection and selection shall issue a recommendation report, which shall be submitted together with the personal application materials. After reviewing and sorting out the application materials, the Municipal People’s Social Security Bureau will submit them to the review meeting.

3. Expert review. The Municipal People’s Social Security Bureau set up a special expert review meeting to comprehensively review the applicants and determine the selected personnel.

4. Social publicity. The Municipal People’s Social Security Bureau will publicize the list of selected personnel to the public. The publicity period is 5 working days.

5. Report for approval. After the publicity has no objection, the Municipal People’s Social Security Bureau will report the selected personnel to the municipal government for approval and publish them.

V. Commendation and reward
